What's the process to live in weVLC?
After receiving your request, we will arrange a short interview with you and depending on the fit and availability of floors/rooms we will give you an answer and proceed with the required info to complete your enrollment in the weVLC experience.
ARE ALL LOCATIONS FOR CO-LIVING OR DO YOU ALSO HAVE STUDIOS?
weVLC is decentralized co-living spread around the city. Most of our locations are shared flats of 3-4 rooms. We also have a few studios and apartments, but always with the aim for people to participate actively in the community and events. Otherwise, this might not be the right place for you! ;)
ARE THERE ANY COMMISSIONS?
No commissions or agency fees! All included in your monthly rent. We only require 1 month of deposit. We just genuinly wish to see a big smile on your face when you enter your new home for the first time, that's the best commission for us :)
ARE MY ROOMMATES GOING TO BE OF THE
SAME GENDER?
At weVLC, we don't discriminate or choose our co-livers based on gender. Therefore you will probably live in a house with both male and female roommates. The most important thing is that there is respect amoung each other and you feel safe.
HOW LONG CAN I LEASE A ROOM FOR?
Our leasing could be between 1-11 months, prices might vary depending on the time of your stay and moving in/out dates… in case you would like to stay longer than 12 months we could also make it work as long as you let us know with time.
