The Role: Purchasing & Interior Furnishing Lead

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Purchasing & Interior Furnishing Lead who will own the full cycle of purchasing, furnishing, and staging our apartments. You will have the autonomy to coordinate the furniture style, acquisition, and installation for up to 100 apartments in the upcoming year, while managing our large warehouse and supplier network.This is a role for someone who lives for beautiful spaces, understands how to balance style and functionality, and can deliver fast, cost-effective results without compromising on uniqueness.Ask Yourself

• Plan and execute the furnishing and decoration of each apartment based on the style of each apartment, ensuring every home feels unique, stylish, and functional.
• Coordinate all purchasing, from bulk orders to last-minute items, negotiating the best deals and ensuring quality.
• Manage the warehouse: finding suppliers, purchasing in bulk, stock organization, categorization, and distribution to projects.
• Oversee on-site installations, ensuring fast, efficient, and precise execution.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and identify opportunities for better terms, pricing, or quality.
• Work closely with project managers to align style, timelines and budgets.
  
  

You Bring

• Proven experience in interior design, home staging, or similar roles involving large-scale furnishing projects.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, space distribution, and detail — with a passion for creating unique homes.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Logistically efficient — able to coordinate suppliers, deliveries, and timelines to keep projects on track.
• Negotiation skills and business sense — balancing design ambition with cost control.
• Hands-on mentality — you enjoy being on-site and seeing projects come to life.
• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English (spoken and written).
